Hi, I’m Tabitha

TABITHA JOHNSON, FNP-C

I have  been a dedicated nurse since 1998, bringing over 25 years of experience and compassion to my work. I served as a combat lifesaver from 1995 to 2001 and later transitioned into primary care, where I practiced from 2007 to September 2024. My personal healthcare journey, including the challenges of diagnosing and treating my own autoimmune illnesses, inspired my passion for helping others navigate their own health struggles.
Through extensive research and self-advocacy, I improved my health and quality of life, fueling my dedication to making the process easier for others.

I have completed multiple advanced certifications, including training in bioidentical hormone therapy, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin. I have also taken several classes with the Institute of Functional Medicine, continuously expanding my expertise in root-cause analysis and holistic treatments.

I thoroughly enjoy researching symptoms, exploring innovative treatments, and uncovering solutions that enhance overall well-being. Whether diving into the latest studies, attending conferences, or reading tirelessly to “figure it out,” my commitment to lifelong learning ensures my patients receive informed, personalized care.

Outside of work, I've been happily married for 17 years to a dedicated fireman, and together we  are proud parents to two beautiful daughters, ages 9 and 11. My daughters keep the family busy and active with their love for sports, and I love every moment of cheering them on. I enjoy all things outdoors, from hiking to spending time at the beach, and I treasure moments spent with friends and family. Whether it’s going on vacations, exploring new places, or simply enjoying quality time together, I value creating lasting memories with the people I love the most.

My mission is clear: to improve lives by addressing the root causes of health issues and empowering others to achieve better wellness. I can't wait to meet and take care of you!
